The website (www.alfred-eugenie-baur.ch) (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") is administered by the Alfred and Eugénie Baur Foundation, domiciled in Geneva, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as "the Foundation").
Data processing
Data collected by the Foundation is processed within the limits authorised by the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA) and by the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Foundation shares with the persons concerned the information, including personal data, which is necessary for the performance of the Foundation's activities. Without this information, the Foundation is unable to establish the relationship necessary for granting support. Type of data processed
The personal data that the Foundation processes is as follows: surnames, first names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, functions within the organisation.
In addition, the Foundation may use the data collected in order to follow up with the persons who provided it, to analyse the use made of the Site, to improve its content and functionality or to study the Foundation's presence on the Internet. The information received may be shared with third parties as part of general exchanges relating to the Foundation's activities. The Foundation reserves the right to share the information received in order to fulfil its legal obligations and protect its legitimate interests.

Data retention
The data collected by the Foundation is kept for as long as the contractual relationship continues or for other information processing purposes or due to legal retention obligations. As a general rule, if the data recorded is no longer required for the aforementioned purposes, it will be deleted or anonymised as far as possible.
As a general rule, such personal data is retained for record-keeping, tax or other legal purposes for a period of 10 years following the end of the contractual period (or any other applicable retention period). Shorter retention periods may apply to personal data that the Foundation does not need to retain.
Your rights
In accordance with Swiss data protection legislation, you have the following rights:

- request that it be corrected or updated
- request that it be deleted;
